LOVE TRACK

The inter-college fest is at its peak moment and the hip hop performance of ST MICHEALS college is grabbing the heartbeat and love of the entire crowd. Jahan is leading the group of Dancers and this year they are fully pre-determined to win the zonal college fest by defeating their arch-rivals Banasti Mohini all-girls college who have been the defending champions for the last 2 years in a row. Apart from being the spirit of the fest it,s a counter ego that despite all the effort and hard work Jahan lost to a bunch of girls. Jahan is a professional rapper, street dancer, and hip-hop style, expert. This year they are prepared to win the title at any cost and they have the best chance as defending champion BASANTI MOHAN college dance team is not that strong as few of their lead classical dancers are not performing. However, they have a surprise package they have kept hidden for the last show. 

The final performance of BASANTI MOHAN college is about to start. It is a surprise element indeed as the last performance is no dance show and a tall, fair, beautiful girl entered the stage. People are expecting a dance show off by the girl's college but seeing that a classical song will be sung made the crowd a bit disappointed. ST MICHEAL college knew that in between their victory and the trophy the performance of this girl is standing with a mike in her hand. As soon as the performance started everyone is enchanted and mesmerized as the girl has an amazing voice. She is singing an old classical song of the 90,s but her voice, pitch, tone, and even her expression are so perfect that in 1 minute the audience who cheered a dashing hip hop performance is now hypnotized listening to her voice. Even Jahan Mir is so surprised by the final act of their rival that all his calculations of winning the trophy are distorted fully. The audience and the judge's panel loved the last song. The final results are declared and yooo Basanti Mohan college is yet again champion in the zonal college fest for 3rd time in a row. The girls of the college are madly dancing, rejoicing their victory however few over smart girls from the crowd threw comments at JAHAN MIR , " once a loser always a loser bro, hahaha. Better be number 2 always, the champion is only one and no one can take it,s spot no one not even god." JAHAN is cool-headed and he hardly reacts but his fellow co dancers did not take it lightly. JAHAN went near the girl who did sing very well and congratulated her for her performance. The girl is so happy as now someone from the opponent team that too a captain is congratulating her on her victory. She told me her name is Susmita Chawdhury , her family has a clan of classical singers, and since childhood training started. As for JAHAN who belongs to a rich business family, music according to him is just a way of expressing himself, his zeal, energy, passion, aggression, etc. Both of them started a chit-chat that turned into a conversation that took them to a nearby coffee stall. Susmita looked like a perfect Bengali beauty with a spellbound ascent in her voice and charm in her face. Sustima lost track of the time when her friends called her for the prize distribution ceremony. JAHAN knows he has lost the battle but somewhere he is not that sad as he is supposed to be. The girl's team is happily rejoicing around Susmita who seems to be calm and composed. 

1 week has passed since the competition and JAHAN comes across Susmita while he is visiting RLX national bank to meet his elder Uncle who happens to be the ASST General manager of that bank. Susmita along with her father is waiting outside the bank reception area when JAHAN approaches her. Susmita is surprised to see him. " Hi Susmita , what's up. What are you doing here? " Susmita tells me," Actually I am here to apply for a loan for treatment of my father's cataract operation. But the bank staff told me that this loan amount I am claiming is beyond my reach. I am requesting them to allow me to have a word with the manager. " " Please do not worry Susmita , if you think that I can be your friend and I can help you please do not stress out. Let me handle it." Susmita is surprised but a bit relieved and thanked JAHAN . Jahan went to his Uncle,s cabin. His uncle is the only person who is doing a job in the family and the rest everyone is involved in the family business. The Jahan family runs a chain of restaurants, one hotel, a transport company, a petrol pump, and a car spare parts manufacturing unit. All together they are semi industrialists. Jahan is the owner of this entire group of business lines. Everyone in RLX bank knows Jahan due to his uncle. Jahan enters his Uncle,s cabin. His uncle is very happy to see him. " Uncle, please help me. My friend Susmita, applied for a loan in your bank and your staff rejected her application. Please help her and get her required amount approved, she is a good friend of mine so ... ". His uncle laughed in a mysterious way and said sure it will be done. 

JAHAN was sitting in the college canteen when a junior boy called him. " JAHAN bro , a girl is calling you outside the college gate, she seems from a different college. Please come fast. " Jahan sees Susmita waiting near the college gate. She looks at Jahan and happily comes near him and says," The loan is approved, thank you so much. I am so relieved now. " Jahan is happy to see Susmita happy as he understood one thing, making her happy is the most important thing that comes 1st on his priority list. " So treat is on me and I am not gonna hear no. " susmita says. Jahan has a party to attend after college but his mind changes instantly. " I am ready and free right now, let's go" The two go to the marina park where there are lots of cafeterias. Susmita chooses a pani puri stall and tells JAHAN , " This stall is the best pani puri in the city, trust me. You will love it. " Jahan is surely attracted to each and every word, gesture, expression of Susmita. She is speaking in her own style, flowing in a relentless, flawless aura. Jahan does realize very well that the presence of Susmita is making him happy, that's his main source of joy, happiness. They are walking by the riverside. The watery winds are giving a cooling effect on their face and the hummingbirds chirping above their heads. The time is 6.00 PM and it's before evening. Susmita is speaking in her own flawless way. " let's go to a restaurant now Susmita, we need to settle down and have some good food. " JAHAN said to Susmita. Both of them enter a posh restaurant and grab a seat. The restaurant name is JOSH MIR restaurant and happens to be one of the restaurants of JAHAN s family business-owned restaurant. Susmita did not notice that the gatekeeper and the water saluted JAHAN who nodded at them not to salute him , his reality will be exposed of being a rich business family brat. As soon as Susmita is ready to place her order a waiter came in front of her and told, " Madam you are our 1000 the customer in this outlet and as part of a lucky draw today's food is on the house, you and your friend need not have to pay. " JAHAN is smiling as he has set this up previously. Susmita is happy and a bit shocked. " JAHAN you are very lucky for me. Whenever you are with me good things happen to me. " Jahan smiled and nodded his head. They had a great time at the dining table before Susmita was ready to return. They waved bye to each other and returned home.

It is Jahan,s birthday and Susmita is invited. Susmita is visiting JAHAN for the 1st time and now the reality of JAHAN will be open to SUSMITA. JAHAN is waiting at the gate anxiously for SUSMITA when he receives a text, " I AM SORRY I CANNOT COME TODAY . I AM NOT WELL . " JAHAN takes his bike and reaches SUSMITA ,s home. He knocks on the door and the door opens. He is shocked to see Susmita is sitting on a chair with her father, and along with them JAHAN,s father, mother and elder uncle are also sitting having tea. All of them looked at JAHAN and laughed. Jahan knew he was tricked. Susmita knew from the very 1st day about JAHAN love for her and he is trying to be friends at ease with her hiding his rich background and trying to be a normal, humble, trustworthy friend of Susmita. Jahan,s elder uncle secretly spoke to Susmita and told her everything JAHAN is doing to see the smile on her face. Since then Susmita has been acting as if she knows nothing. Jahan laughed in a shy manner as his love is open in front of both the families. Both are in love and they should be making it official. Their parents fixed a date for their engagement. 

Jahan celebrated the best birthday of his life sitting by the side of his love near the sea beach of marine drive holding her hand. The winds coming from the sea have some message that love happens in any form anywhere.
