Shalini met Madhav in college and fell in love with him instantly. But Madhav did not accept Shalini's heart. One year later, Shalini got the news of Madhav's death. Shalini went to Madhav's place and got a letter. It read as: Dear Shalini, Our story could not have a start because I don't have a healthy heart. It was meant to be sad.
