Mrs. Kim went to check up on Rose before retiring for the night, since Rose is yet to completely recover. Mrs. Kim knocks on the door of her room but upon receiving no response she assumes that Rose is asleep but still for her assurance she opens the door as it was not locked from the inside, but the sight in front of her eyes frightens her and saddens her whereas Mr. Kim arrives at the same time over thinking about " Why is she not back yet? Is something wrong with the child?" the sight in front of him confirms his suspicion about something might be wrong with the child. Mrs. Kim goes near Rose who has fainted for god knows how long on the ground at the moment and touches her forehead which was burning with fever, Mr. Kim picks Rose up in his arms and lays her on the bed covering her with a blanket and tells his wife "Stay with the child, I shall call Jin over to check up on her since it's will take no more that five minutes for him to arrive", Jin is actually Namjoon's colleague and cousin, and leaves not far away from the mansion. Jin arrives and checks up on her and gives her saline, prescribes her some medicine to take after a meal when she wakes up. Mrs. Kim " Namjoon said that her fever has subsided already and except for weakness she should be fine, then why did she suddenly have such a high fever that she even fainted" said with her eyes becoming teary upon seeing the suffering of the child, Jin "Aunt it's very likely because of stress and anxiety, otherwise she indeed should be fine, by the way has Namjoon left for a mission?", " Indeed, he left right after informing us after dinner , and I guess it might be the cause for her stress and anxiety because except for Namjoon we are all strangers to her " Mr. Kim concludes upon hearing the cause of her fever, "You are probably right uncle, well please take care of yourselves and call me if anything is wrong with her, I will take my leave now, need not see me out , Good Night uncle and aunt", Mr. Kim "Good Night". Mrs. Kim leaves the room to prepare a basin of water and cloth to put on her head leaving Mr. Kim beside her on a chair. Mr. Kim " Don't worry child I failed to protect your parents, but I promise that no one shall harm you as long as the I live..." Mrs. Kim arrives with a basin of water and a small cotton cloth. Mrs. Kim "Don't worry dear she will be fine, and we will definitely protect her" and she after saying this she proceeds to put the wet cloth on her forehead. The night went by Mr. and Mrs. Kim taking care of Rose by constantly checking her temperature from time to time and changing the cloth on her forehead. 

Rose wakes up feeling extremely weak and slight headache with a wet cloth on her forehead, when she opens her eyes after adjusting to the light, she notices Mr. Kim sleeping on the chair while sitting beside her bed and Mrs. Kim sleeping beside her on the bed as well while sitting. This surprised her that why are they here and why does she have a cloth on her forehead because all she remembers from last night is that she was feeling very unwell and when she heads a knock on her she got out of bed, and she fainted. Her slightest movement woke Mr. and Mrs. Kim who looked at her worriedly and asked her Mrs. Kim " How are you feeling my dear? Is it hurting anywhere or something? Your fever seems to be subsided finally" , Rose " I....I....am feeling alright..... , Sorry for troubling you last night......" , Mrs. Kim " It's no trouble my child , you are like our own daughter to us , You don't need to be sorry for getting sick and having us taking care of you" , Mr. Kim " Do your morning routine ladies today I will prepare a healthy breakfast for my daughter, so that she can recover nice and quick.." saying this Mr. Kim left the room in a hurry while Mrs. Kim decided to help her since Rose was still feeling weak. Rose was still kind of stunned to see that how someone could be this caring and loving to someone else's as if their own, she didn't speak until they went downstairs to the dining hall and saw Mr. Kim preparing the breakfast with so much love while Mrs. Kim joined him to help, this reminded her of her parents which made her very sad but seeing how much effort they are putting to make her feel better and caring for her , she decided to accept their love because she believed in them because she understood that her didn't trust Namjoon for no reason they probably knew his identity and thus believed him. She decided not to let the sacrifice of her parents to go to waste, she wanted to revenge them and take back what belonged to her parents once she wanted to become stronger for her parents, for Namjoon and for his parents who are putting in so much effort for her sake. She still didn't say a word during the breakfast and Mr. and Mrs. Kim also didn't, only Mrs. Kim gave her the medicine which Jin prescribe and thus after that she went to her room after just bowing to them which confused them, but they didn't think of it as much. 

During lunch time when she again came down and they again gathered in the dining hall , Rose said " I am sorry Uncle and Aunt , I didn't mean to be rude it's just that I couldn't process all that happened and everything you told me at once, since I had no idea about anything before you all explained it to me which made me to stunned to speak or do anything, but now I am willing to accept it all, I don't want the sacrifice my parents made to go to vain, I don't want to lose my second parents and their love and I don't want to lose Namjoon, Thank You very much uncle and aunt....*she started crying* " Mr. and Mrs. Kim came up to her and hugged her with tears in their eyes as well. Mrs. Kim " No need to be sorry my child, you are too young to even be able to process all this and accept it all, but you still did it, I am proud of you and I am sure they are too.." Mr. Kim " You don't need to thank us either you are like our own daughter to us, back then we used to be like family and you are just as strong and smart as your parents, and we are thankful that you managed to process and accept it all in such short time, you considering us as your second parents is something very precious to us we will do all we can for you...". After hugging for a while they returned to them with tears in their eyes, but a smile plastered on their faces, they had their as a loving family while talking more about the past and Rose gained some more new information about her parents.
