LOVE LETTER

She found a mysterious letter in her letterbox which is very confusing because she thought in the age of the internet who would write a letter and to her. She chuckled at her own thought and finally opened the letter.

"I'm not sure about starting this letter with DEAR so Hi!.

I wrote you this letter because my friends dared me to write a letter to my first love, so here I am. Trust me I'm very much nervous right now and my hands are shaking too much. But I had to tell you about my feelings. You see, I started liking you when we were in 9th grade. I don't know why but there is something in you that made me come to school every day so that I can see you. You just somehow make me smile.

As per our school's rules, girls and boys can't sit with each other. That's why we have separate benches but I always make sure that I'll be on the same line bench that you sat so that I can see you. I always stole glances at you when you were not looking. You know you have a habit of biting your lower lip when you don't understand something and most of the time you are doing that when we are having math class. Every fucking time you do that I just want to come to stand in front of you wanted to take out your bottom lip from your mouth (sorry about swearing I know you don't like it).

And because we shared the same school bus, I always sit in front of you and my other friends sit behind you so that when I have to talk to them, I just fully turn around and can look at you closely. You have the most beautiful brown eyes that I ever saw in my entire life.

One time I even got the courage to put my hand on your hand, in the resting between our bus seats. I don't know whether you felt it or not but I felt the electricity. That day I decided to tell you about my feelings for you but every time I got nervous. You are the only one who make me nervous. But I decided that once we finished our 10th finals I'll come clean to you.

But I was late, you moved out of the city and I had no idea where you went or how to contact you. I became friends with your high school bestie and she told me where you are and how you are doing.

After a few years, we became online friends too but still we never talked to each other because I was nervous. It's been 10 years that I last saw you, heard you. Many things changed in these years and yes I do have girlfriends but none of them was you. Every time when one of them says she loves me I couldn't say it back because when the word LOVE came in my mind your face comes too.

I don't know whether you feel the same for me or not, but I just wanted to tell you that the first girl in this world whom I fell in love with was you. So thank you for introducing me to the world's most beautiful feeling.
