Jeep Belongs To Me

A few years back, while traveling to my home town in a Jeep, we almost met an accident. I was sitting in the front seat with one gentleman along with a jeep driver. Jeep did not have a door to the driver and passenger side.

The gentleman next to me picked up conversation and started asking him about his daily routines and his life being a driver.

"So, are you the owner of this Jeep? He asked suddenly.

"No Sir, I am hired as a driver, This belongs to my Employer, but someday, with almighty's 

blessing, I will own one." replied the confident driver.

I just enjoyed their conversation which ranged from day to day talk to politics and debated like experts.

The driver was sitting in a way that half of his right leg was almost hanging out in the air through the open door.

During one sharp turn, the vehicle approaching us from another end almost collided to ours. It was our driver's alertness that he somehow managed to control the Jeep and turned to the left quickly. It was a narrow escape. we skipped unhurt. All the passengers were frightened and nervous. The gentleman sitting next to me, being a bit apprehensive about the driver's safety, asked him -

 "Hey, is your leg safe? , it was almost in the air? "Driver, who was still abusing the other fellow drivers being callous on the road, replied - "forget the leg, I am more concerned about the vehicle. Hearing this gentleman asked - 

"why ?, leg belongs to the owner and Jeep to you?

All burst into laughter.
