It's Within

It was a dark cold night, I felt to spend some time alone. I finished the Office work and went on the terrace.

I saw so many stars twinkling in the sky, I search for the moon but the moon was hiding beneath the clouds.

I just sat down on floor looking at the sky. Out of all those stars, there was one star shining, Twinkling alone.

I kept looking at the one.

So many thoughts were wandering in my mind the chaos of outer world had created the chaos inside.

For some time I promised my self to be in the present moment and not to worry or think about anything else than me sitting on the terrace enjoying my own company and looking at the sky, That's it.

I felt so good with each passing cold breeze and I understood the importance of disconnection from the world.

If you cannot make yourself peaceful at the end of the day how can people around you be happy with your company?

I found giving time to self is equally important. 

Why do we search for something outside, When the answer for everything is within.
