In the Forest

She stood there all alone by herself in the dense forest. There was complete silence except for occasional squeaks and howls. Among the gnarled branches she trampled the soil as she climbed to the peak of the hills. The climb was tiring and she was exhausted as she reached halfway up.

It was then she saw the clouds rolling and the swelling darkness all around. She heard sounds as if a thousand of them marching towards her. She waited there in silence. She saw them from a distance. They were gigantic in size with legs like tree stem and faces looked like sunflower. 

She wasn't sure whether they were good or evil but she had no other choice than to follow them. She followed them south as they moved in that direction..
