Time Travel

Once l was playing in my house with my dog Cathy and I found something really unusual and unique. Cathy is a really active dog and loves to play. While playing we reached the ground floor of our house. My mommy says this floor has been abandoned by some old couple who used to live there a long time ago. Some people say that they left the place because they saw a ghost, but some say that died in here and their ghost wander on this floor. While my father was purchasing this house people told them that it was haunted. 

That floor was looking kinda spooky. There were a lot of spider webs and it was also covered in dust. But then I saw a really old and shabby door. I went towards it hoping that I will get out of that place. There was no door konb on the door. I opened it with great difficulty. And saw a person, he was a really tall mam with a little bit of white hair. Then he turned around and I saw that it was my dad.

While seeing me and Cathy there, he was really surprised but then he gave me a smile. And asked in a really soft and calm voice "what are you doing here ?" I told him what happened. When I stopped talking he started laughing and said that there was no ghost in that place, it's just rumours

I felt so relieved after hearing this and started looking around the room and saw that it was a huge and well-maintained laboratory. My father is a business mam but he loves to invent new things. 

I saw a lot of different things in there like a torch which had a lot of buttons and work on solar batteries, there was a toaster which can burn any metal, there was a long parchment on which whatever we draw and write becomes true, there was also a lot of test tube filled with different types of liquid ( some were light while some were dark in colour some were thick while some were like water.

But the most interesting thing was a time machine. My father told me that he was still making it. But I wanted to try it and sat inside it. It was big and had a lot of buttons it had a 4 seats in it and a long rod which covered the time machine. It looked like Doraemon's time machine. 

There was a large red button. Cathy was jumping outside and wanted to come. So I opened the door and let her in and as soon as she entered she pressed the red button with her paw. 

Suddenly, the machine started and a flash of light covered the whole place. After some time the flash stopped and I find myself in a forest. I woke up and saw that Cathy was scared and was hiding behind a tree. I went and picked her up and saw that it was a rainforest. Then I looked behind and saw that my time machine broke and then I heard a wierd sound of the trumpet. And a lot of people surrounded me. Their faces were come in paint and it appeared to me that they the people of a tribe.  

They started talking in a different language. And then they started coming closer to me and tied me up with a rope and took me to their boss. The place was surrounded by a lot of people wearing that same makeup and were wearing a lot different clothes that we wear at today's time 

Then they took me closer to their boss and he looked at me and started saying some words in the same language the tribe people were using. And then he started laughing and shouting.  

Then a celebration started and all the people started dancing and singing  

After something, they took me to a different place and I saw Cathy there.

Honestly, I thought that they killed her but she was locked in a cage and was howling and trying to break free. 

Then I saw a large pot filled with a sauce and understood what they were trying to do, they all wanted to cook and eat me. 

I started panicking and tried hard to free myself. But it was of no use. Then I heard two mam standing near me saying something and it appeared to me that they were making plans how to kill me 

A man came and took me again to their boss. And he started talking but this time

he started talking in English and I understood what he wanted from me.

He said that he had never seen a human before in his tribe and was really happy and wanted to thank me.

He told me a lot of things about the tribe people and how they were so fit and immune from all diseases. He said that he 

eat healthy food and cure themselves through Ayurveda medicines. 

Although he didn't tell me anything about the cures (I was never interested in the cures I just wanted to go back home ). So I asked them if there was a way through which I can go back home. They said that yes there is a way. Then they asked where was my time machine and I took them at the place where my time machine was standing. 

They starting looking at it saying they can repair it and said some words and my time machine became as good as new.

I started it and went back home with Cathy. When I came back I told my father what happened and he was completely shocked about my safe approach and that his invention worked.  

Then we both went back to the top floor and promised each other not to tell anything to mommy. 

It was one of the best and strangest experiences of my life.
