Full Moon Meditation Trip

Meenu and Renu are fast friends, having a hobby of exploring new things.

Both are now in the senior citizen category and getting company to go out from family members is difficult. They have decided to go for a long-distance trip, searched for some tour agencies. They found it is very costly compared to their budget. They were still exploring and visiting the tour operator's office. keep looking at big posters of people in front of temple, sea..which is displaced, the happy faces in photos! One day our photo will be on display the same way!! Yes!

Still not able to finalize any trip plan! 

One day Meenu was doing her evening meditation, yoga practice, during it she was not able to concentrate as she was overthinking about the trip, destination, ... It like daydreaming. That too in the evening!!.. She stopped her meditation and went inside the kitchen to prepare tea for herself, as she want to change her mood! She prepared her tea and pour tea into a cup, With her teacup, she came into the garden area, and sat on a chair, slowly sipping tea, still in the background she was thinking about the trip, where to go, how to go, with whom to go and many more thousand questions, After some time Renu joined her.

Renu asked Meenu what is going on in his mind? Something you are thinking! Not even noticed I called you. No response, that's the reason I came near you..is all well?

That day was the full moon! It was almost 8 PM, but just to change Meenu's mood, Renu put one idea, let's walk in the full moon. And both of them were laughing... Anyway at home, no one was there, all other family members will come home after nine.

So let's go for a full moon walk!! 

No need to dress up! As it is we are always ready to go out!! Again both started laughing loud!

Locked the house, main gate and started walking towards 'Maltekdi', it is nearby but never visited in the night, not known last when visited...

Now a day's roadside shops are having lights just as Diwali, high voltage colorful lights, digital screens for advertising.

The road towards 'Maltekdi' was having bright, colorful lights! Giving some stress to the eyes. But both are enjoying the walk, they forgot to look at the moon! Meenu just laughs where is the moon? The full moon is moon came down to meet us see the lights on the road!!

Renu spot the moon in the sky and a few more stars showed it to Meenu. See how the moon looks as 'Gol Matol'. The round shape of the moon' and bright yellow color! As small kids, both were looking at the moon, as if the first time they saw a full moon!

Roadside lots of food stall, and many more items, toy shop was there, now both become a small girl and went near pani puri, bhel stall.

Bhaiya does pani puri... Thoda khata mitha. Pani puri wala Bhaiya looked at them and smiled with a big curve on face.. Lo plate hath mai. Just to make both of them now ready to eat Pani puri. Started preparing and keeping it on plates one by one. Renu's turn was first and then Meenu, one by one he was keeping pani puri on the plate. Renu was able to eat fast, Meenu was a bit slow as she was not able to open her mouth full, having difficulty opening it. Both were enjoying eating it. One round over, Meenu just said repeat to bhaiya.. Bhaiya was counting and adding one by one pani puri..at the end Meenu asked dry masala puri, jitna plate huwa utana masala puri dena bhaiya!!

Bhaiya gave them 5 puri's each! Renu just raised her eyebrows, what 5 plates mean one had five into six means thirty puris? Oh. God knows what will happen tonight at home. Meenu still felt bhel to khanahi hai... She orders just one plate. Half we will have. Renu also said ok as you have already ordered it, let's have bhel. Had Bhel.

Kitana huwa Bhaiya paisa? kitana dena hai?.. Whatever amount Bhaiya said, Renu paid the bill...

Now after having pani puri, bhel, both were not in the mood to walk further, One bench they saw, just for a few mins we will seat here and then walk further on top of Maltekdi. 

After seating on the bench both started chatting and remembering their childhood memories, how things changed... 

How much time they were there they forgot to look at their watch... 

It's 10:30 PM, it's too late. And started rushing to go back home, now the speed of walking was slow... 

By reaching home what do we have to tell where we went if someone asks? Big question!! 

Hye, will say we went on a small trip..but which trip?

Today is a full moon, we went on a walk and... It is a small trip too..we started topic meditation too. 

Let's name it as 'Full Mool Walk Trip'

Both once again started laughing... I think after so many years we are so happy...

Can we keep doing it each full moon day!!.. Let's do it..our own designed, planned trip!!

Now it is their own trip to enjoy as they want, not require to wait for someone, and big saving of money too!! This change of walking was meditative for them!!!
