Local For Global

Hey, desi. Someone in our business meet called me! I got upset. In formal meet, it should not...!

In the introduction round, all introduced themselves their names and the country name.. All are proud of their country.

I am Ashok Patil, representing India. Others one by one introduced themselves.

I was a bit nervous, cautious about my English language, I came from a rural area and it was my first international business meet. Due to my innovative teaching method, I got selected to come for this meet. The person who was calling me came near to me and introduced me once again. His Name was Ronald and from North America.Tall and fair. He was telling me, I am having many friends who come to America to study and then settle in our country.They are known among us as Desi..from India!

Talented Indians, due to no good opportunities, lavish life like us they stays here in our country.

I was listing to him, from inside I got disturbed.. My thinking started ... This so calls Desi, talented people do not want to work in the field, opportunities there but want to earn In $ dollars. Lavish stay. Their parents borrow money, take loans, and send their children to the USA for higher studies.

They forgot their parents hard working love and affection towards them.

This pandemic gave good lessons to them. The selfish children return back as they lost their job, came to India...back home, parents took care of them by forgiving own children's mistake.

As they are known Global sense of living life. Was difficult for them to live locally with their parents!! 

Did adjustment to stay with parents..Ram was a good friend of mine but after he started staying in the USA. He cut talking with me.

After coming back to India, he was searching jobs, but he not got the job, one day he came to talk with me... While talking with him I got the Idea to teach online through community radio, TV channels. Ram shared his knowledge and worked with me. Based on the ideas I gathered from Ram during our talk, my selected Idea is based on it.

Ronald was talking with me and I was busy with my own invisible canvas painting! 

So many festivals you are having, during the festival each community has its own festival celebration, culture, food. 

When Desi meet each other, they speak the local language.

I just saw on google, your country's one state is like Europ's one country...

Reading in books about our county's history, culture, diversity is not enough, at least in one life not able to grasp it, That could be the reason.. Have to take many births to live me in my country, motherland.

My teaching topic 'local for global' was much appreciated by all the participants..

teach in mother tongue language then global language. Make first strong enough to stay local area, and then spread your network to global...

Even our Priminister spread this theme Local for Global. Which is so hit all over the world... Use local things, manufacture, develop the culture to use locally with global presence!!
