How Can We Bring Peace
How Can We Bring Peace
"What's the meaning of peace? Or to say what's the meaning of peaceful life? Are they only the words? "
No, these are not just words. They have a bigger meaning in human life. A situation or a period of time in which there is no war or violence in a country or area where the state of mind is calm or quiet is termed peace. And then we can say a person is living a peaceful life.
Now one can say, " I'm very happy. I'm very very happy. I'm extremely happy. But my mind is not at peace." It's not wondering that a happy man is peaceless. It's quite natural. If my mind is not at peace and I'm disturbed for no reason it's actually very natural. Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be. As simple as this sounds, the procedure of finding peace is a great mystery to mankind. The persons who solved that mystery are not alive because death is the ultimate peace.
But we can't dial any number to contact death or we can't send any mail to the god of death to snatch our life. We can't do that. So we can't achieve the ultimate peace in our living life. So what can we do to bring our eternal peace back? We can do a lot of things but at first, just take a deep breathe and say the famous dialogue of Amir Khan, " All's well." You will actually receive positive energy from this. Then just before proceeding with any work do meditate once. If you are a student doing meditation is necessary to bring your mind back from the world tour.
There are a lot of things which a man can do for himself. Typically this is called, "Self Help" or, " Self Reliance ". For example, a housewife can prepare food for the family without anyone's assistance. She can clean the rooms of the house, and wash clothes all by herself. By doing so she finds her peace of mind.
The ant is a very common insect as we know it. They are known for their busy and hardworking nature. Bee is also common. The honey that it makes tastes very sweet and it's very rich in food value. The wax of their hives is used to make candles. The butterflies are a treat to our eyes. The sweet and sovereign call of the Cuckoo fills the whole spring. The owls guarded our house. The crow removed dirty and rotten things from the locality. The dog is the most lovable pet. The Cow gives us nutritious milk which is the main food of a newborn. They all help the men without expecting a little. Being selfish is a great issue of a peaceless life. Selflessness is the biggest target of being peaceful.
Every day we meet and mix with a lot of people but everybody is not of our type. Some became our type and both of us grow confident in each other. They are our friends. The constant and loyal friendship leads a man to a peaceful life.
A close-knit bond between two people can begin with this friendship. Whether it is a friendship between two males, two females, or one male and one female, these friendships will develop into L_O_V_E which is difficult to define, difficult to measure, and difficult to understand, difficult to modify also. When the power of love overcomes the love of power there will be peace. But sometimes this peace became an obsession and then the mental peace is gone in vain. So in relationships that trust, that bond is very necessary to grow both your love and peace.
Now come to the anger zone. When you feel angry, count to ten before saying anything. Then take a deep breath and ask yourself what's wrong with the anger. Anger is something that might break a relationship, snatch a life etc. So this anger is a great disturbance to our peace.
When you see someone in trouble or a person is lost, confused, upset, or has fallen, don’t act like a blind. Help that person. Because helping others is a great virtue. That would also make you happy and then you will find your peace in this.
Respect and regard people who love you or hate you, tease you or help you. Because obedience is the key to success and winning other's minds which would let you find your peace.
