Happy Wedding

Rahul and Garima worked in the same company in Bangalore. Both had a liking for each other, but their mother tongues were different and castes were also not same. Garima belonged to Odia brahmin family while Rahul's mother tongue was Hindi and belonged to Uttar Pradesh's Khandayat caste.

Both of them were afraid to tell about their relationship to their parents for the fear of disapproval. Meanwhile both of their parents began pestering them to tie the knot as they had reached 27 years of age. Both of them went on rejecting proposals.

Rahul had even invited Garima with her family to the marriage of his elder brother a year back. The whole family had visited Sambalpur in Odisha to attend the marriage. Rahul's family originally hailed from Uttar Pradesh, but were settled in Sambalpur, where Rahul's father was working.

Finally both of them gathered courage and told their parents about each other. They were happy that both their parents agreed. Their engagement was done on an auspicious date and finally their marriage was solemnised.

Thus, it was a happy ending of their love story, where both belonging to different cultures, choose to become life partners.
