"There was ash on the ground and on the sky and on the people and people were ashes. Westeros was dead! The very Kings Landing was burnt.

The very city which Danny, the unburnt, the breaker of chains, the rightful queen of the seven kingdoms wanted to save from the hands of the tyrant Cercei and free its people was butchered by none other than herself. She was no longer who she used to be. When the city rang those bells to accept its defeat in front of her and her army and of course her dragon, sitting hurt and disarrayed on top of Drogon, the Khaleesi was unable to decide between mercy and avenging the death of her confidant and best friend Missandei. Every single story that she had heard growing up about how her father was murdered by Jaimie Lannister the brother of Cercei, how they betrayed to sit on the Iron Throne and snatched away what was meant to be hers, the Targaryans'. Every single thing was running through her mind and the rage which had once been the cause behind the city burning in the hands of her father had now crept upon her.

She flew Drogon through the city and started burning each and every living creature that she could find, women, men, and children, all burnt alive.", said Arya, trembling a little, very out of her character, to Jon. " I rode off the first horse that survived the mad show and now I stand here, in front of you, look me in the eye and tell me, how is she different from any other tyrants which she claims to have ridden the world from ?"

Jon startled and exhausted himself stared back at Arya from the corner of his eye standing in front of the blazing fire of the fireplace. He knew she was right. But he also knew that Danny was not someone who can be called a tyrant. He had known her heart and loved her ... still does. But he also knew what she had done to a lot of those innocent people in the Westeros. With a heavy heart however, he decided to march to the queen Danaerys (rightful or not) and try to know her intent behind the slaughter she committed.

He entered the city from where used to be a gate and walked through the empty streets with bodies piled on either side, burnt to crisp. The smell was that of a barbecue but the view was killing his appetite. Somewhere, in the middle before reaching the Red Keep tower, he saw the intertwined body of a babe with her mom. They were clinging on to each other as they were when Drogon and Danny had burnt them to crisp. He felt a lump in his throat and then a feeling of determination ran through his spine and he walked ahead into the castle lined with Unsullied on either side standing en guard to protect their dragon queen.

Tyrion, on the other hand, was shocked and dreadful of the ghastly scene before his eyes of his own homeland. It was his home, but no longer. He walked through every corner of the city in ashes and wept for its fate. He knew that there was no way his brother Jaimie and sister, the former queen Cercei would have survived the massacre. The bells had been rung, as he had requested his brother bu

t the dragon queen could bother less. He knew in his heart she knew that he had freed his captive brother and will kill him for it; but for one last time he wanted to confront the queen, the only queen whom he had put all his faith into, who he knew was capable of changing the tyrannous past of all the realms of man and ask her what makes her think she is different from the other rulers she defeated.

So he walks into the castle and upto the queen.

As John walked up the stairs he could see Danaerys, her white hair flowed over her black gown. Her eyes more determined than ever with her trusted commander Grey Worm by her side and he saw Tyrion, her hand, walk in from behind. Tyrion looked at an exhausted Jon and in that instant, Jon knew what was about to happen. He climbed the stairs looking at Tyrion and then at Danny whose eyes had mixed emotions when she looked at the man she loved deeply as well as was another contender and the rightful heir to the throne, another Targaryen! Jon was a Targaryan and her nephew, the throne she fought for with so much zest, the only target she had known for years and Jon was a threat. She knew he loved her and did not want the throne but she could not afford to lose her throne, the throne she wanted to sit on all her life.

Tyrion spoke in between the silence words, " You slaughtered every man, woman, and child, did you get what you want ?" he asked Danny.

"You committed treason, freed your brother !" , Danny replied cold and enraged," You know what is to happen to you".

"I no longer care about what happens to me, all I am worried about is that I betrayed my closest friend Varys for YOU, another monster with a monster dragon!! My sister and brother were bad people who made bad decisions but you, ou butchered for your throne and personal satisfaction. You are no different than your father!" , Tyrion roared like a true lion first time in his lifetime. And then in a soft voice, he said," And even after all this, you still are not the rightful heir to the throne!"

This was enough for Danerys, she was more and more sure of her feelings for Jon and love, was not it! She asked her guards to take Tyrion captive and hold her in front of her and told her people, " I trusted this dwarf that I named him my hand! And he committed treason, treason can only mean one thing ..." , Drogon rose behind her like the moon behind the hills and she uttered after a brief silence, " Dracarys!".

Jon turned away his eyes as Tyrion was burnt to crisp.

Hidden in the dark and empty hallways Arya saw what Danny was capable of doing to those who will refuse to follow her. She knew that the new queen was a killer. She saw her brother and knew that it was a difficult step for him as he loved her. But she also knew Sansa and knew that she would never bend the knee before the mad queen and it could only mean one thing - Death!

And Arya knew what she had to tell the God of death: "Not today!"
