ETCHED IN STONE
ETCHED IN STONE
In the shadow of the Thousand Pillar Temple in Warangal, Bhuvanu and Sneha found a love as enduring as the stone around them.
Bhuvanu, a quiet architect, spent his days measuring the precision of ancient carvings. Sneha, a lively artist, spent hers sketching the wildflowers growing in the temple's cracks. While he looked at the structure, she looked at the soul.
One evening at Laknavaram Lake, as they stood on the suspension bridge, a sudden rainstorm blurred the horizon. Sneha laughed, dancing in the downpour, while Bhuvanu instinctively held his jacket over her to keep her dry.
"You’re always trying to build a roof, Bhuvanu!" she teased, pulling him into the rain. "Sometimes you just have to get wet."
Under the grey sky, Bhuvanu finally let go of his perfectionism. He dropped the jacket, took her hand, and spun her around.
"I spent my life studying foundations," he whispered, his voice steady despite the thunder. "But I didn't realize that the most beautiful thing you can build isn't made of stone. It's the space between two people."
Right there, amidst the wind and the water, the architect and the artist realized they had designed the perfect life—one where he provided the strength, and she provided the color.
