What is the real definition of Happiness for you?

Does it come through others,

We are the reason for our own happiness?

What's the truth? I questioned and I have the answer too.

Yes, we are the actual reason for our own happiness, no one can bring the happiness we want nor others can destroy our own happiness. We have to breathe and feel our own happiness within and around.
