In fields of green, where wildflowers sway,

A maiden fair, in blue dress did stray.

Her heart was pure, her spirit bright,

A vision of loveliness, a wondrous sight.

Her hair, like sunset, flowed with grace,

And in her eyes, a fire did embrace.

Her lips, like roses, soft and sweet,

Invited all to come and greet.

Her dress, of blue, like sky so high,

Did dance upon her curves and did not die.

It flowed and fluttered, with each step she took,

A true work of art, a masterful brook.

With every move, she seemed to say,

"I am the beauty of the day."

And all who saw her, did agree,

This girl in blue, was a wonder to see.
