Basket Of Love

Tina received a basket of chocolates on her birthday. She didn’t know what to do with all the chocolates that she had got. She then decided to stock them for the whole month.

Her birthday party had all her friends and yet she felt alone and sad. She missed her parents very badly. They were too busy to be with her on her birthday. For them, their work was the first priority.

Tina’s best friend was Elena. Tina shared everything with Elena and Elena was always there for her. This time, Elena too hadn't come to Tina’s birthday party.

It made Tina all the more furious. She couldn’t bear the fact that she had now become dependent on Elena.She even forgot that the basket of chocolates was sent by Elena. She then chose to cut her friendship with Elena because if she couldn't make time for her special day, she doesn't deserve her too.

Tina didn't even try to ask Elena the reason why she wasn't able to attend her birthday party. No matter how many times Elena tried to justify her absence, Tina always dodged her.

Sabrina couldn't see these two friends apart and wanted to clear the air between the two.

Sabrina then told Tina that Elena couldn't make it to her party because her father was terribly ill and she had to be there to take care of him.

Tina felt guilty for not being there for Elena when she needed her the most.

Tina apologized to Elena for not understanding her correctly and mistaking her for not being present in her birthday party despite her sending chocolates.

They became friends again and had those same chocolates from their favorite shop, "Basket Of Love".

They then realized that true friendship is all about being there for your friends when in need, both in joy and sorrow.
