A Straight Forward NO Is Way Better Then A Halfhearted YES!!

Have you ever come across a situation where unwillingly you have to agree to the other person’s request or demand but deep down you desperately want to say a big “NO”

You see this happens with every one of us at some point of time in our lives and everybody can feel that, isn’t it?

It’s very easy to say “YES” and please read this line again and it’s indeed a fact.

But it takes a lot of courage to say no because we always try to think from another person’s perspective as to how he’ll feel about it or you saying no might affect your relationship with the other fellow, isn’t it?

Let me tell you one thing, ask your conscience once and decide whether you need to agree or disagree with the other person and your conscience never lies.

Take the hard way out and learn to say no, maybe at first instance your colleague might feel your attitude harsh but with time they’ll understand and moreover you will always be on a right track.

You may feel alone but have faith and be happy with yourself and do things your way because you are not here to make people happy, you are here to make the choices that make you feel good.

A straightforward no is way better than a halfhearted yes as it may benefit you and your colleague in the bigger picture and I request you to please give it a try for once and feel the difference!!
