A Letter To My Ex

I have a question,

Can you answer it?

How easily do you ignore the fact that we are no longer together?

How easily have you moved on?

Forget it, you don't have to answer!

My first question has the word "ignore".

Is it that easy to ignore someone you used to love so much?

Remember the time you were ready to do anything and,

Now you barely talk to me!

Was leaving the better option? Could we not sort things out.

Why connect to people whom you will leave sooner or later.

My forever lasted for "TWO" years.

I will not say that those two years were my worst. Rather they turned out to be my best!

When I remember all those 11:11 ‘make a wish’ moments, I feel like an idiot who believed so innocently that wishing daily exactly at 11:11 will fulfill what I want. But, see you proved me wrong.

Do I really need you back?

You must be wondering is this a question, so I would like to answer that YES it is a question my soul asks my conscience when I think about you. Do you want to know what my conscience says, No Devyani you don't need him, you are not missing him. You are just Missing the love which you felt when she kissed you when she hugged you. You are missing the warmth of her hug. It's all connected to her but it's not him.

Can you hate a person whom once you loved?
