I was daydreaming, believing that good is real;

I hoped that people were honest and kind,

But I was wrong, he proved me wrong.

He broke my heart and shattered my dreams.

At first, I thought it was a joke; 

I thought I was everything for him,

But he destroyed my world,

My universe crumbled when he trod down my smile.

I never thought I would recover,

l never believed my frozen heart would melt.
