We Are Ashamed ~

What kind of country are we living in???

Where "Sadhus" are attacked and killed

In by mob lynching, for no reasons ....

People turned into cruel animals????

 " Pujari " is given death by throwing petrol

on him And burning him alive??? 

 Innocent small n young girls gang raped

And giving them painful deaths????

A boy is killed because he was in love???

Where is a society heading for????

taking Human lives become so easy??

Human lives have gone value less???

We the people of this country praise its

Legacy, culture and history with pride,

And sing patriotic songs with heads high,

Is it now limited for independence day !

are we tolerant towards cruelty, injustice??

Film industry, a most prosperous one,

Where girl is raped and thrown from flat,

A hero who is murdered but not proved,

And many such suspicious deaths ...

Because people trying to prove them right 

who are obsessed with drugs, hiding

their such illegal social acts?????

Police not being just and in the side

 of truth, politicians misusing powers,

Insensitive is the high society, educated

and cultured people becoming dumb

and insensitive, why is that so?????

Are we still proud Indians????

Who is to be blamed?????

Who needs to be corrected????

Many questions and anger and anguish,

me and you have in our minds???

are these the bad effects of idleness,

unemployment, losses due to pandemic???

Or are these things going on for years???
