Rainy Surprise

It was a Sunday afternoon on a rainy day.  

They were a newly married couple.  

They decided to go on a long drive.  

They were listening to joyful music, enjoying each other's company.  

They turned the car onto the highway.  

There were very few vehicles seen coming and going on the highway.  

Soon, it became dark—a sign that the rain was starting.  

It was not possible to go back, and they thought, "What if it starts raining heavily?"  

They decided to find shelter.  

They saw a blinking light in the distance.  

They went there, and to their surprise,  

It was a beautiful cottage-cum-restaurant with flowers and a garden around it.  

They went inside and parked the car.  

They stood near the door, and it opened automatically.  

They were welcomed by a recorded sound.  

They hesitantly went further and saw a big hall, beautifully decorated.  

They chose a place to sit.  

An electronic device was kept on each table.  

A robot named Joy came towards them and greeted them with a handshake.  

The robot touched the device, and the menu appeared.  

They ordered two cups of hot coffee.  

Robot Joy returned to the counter.  

In a few minutes, a robot named Suku came holding a tray with two cups of coffee.  

Suku served the coffee and went back.  

They found the coffee to be delicious.  

Both were surprised, as it was a highly advanced cottage managed by robots.

Robot Joy came to them again,  

In a heavy voice but politely, asked them if they wanted a room for a couple of hours.  

They said yes, as it was raining heavily outside.  

Robot Joy asked them to follow him.  

He took them to a clean, spacious room.  

The robot asked them to fill out a form and return it.  

Robot Joy took the form and went back.  

They freshened up and relaxed there,  

Enjoying the view of the heavy rainfall from the window.  

Now the rain had stopped, and it was time to go back home.

They left the room.  

Robot Joy asked them to wait.  

The couple was worried about the bill.  

Robot Suku came with a tray.  

Robot Joy followed Suku.  

Joy handed over a gift from the tray and a greeting that said, "We wish you a long, happy married life."  

The couple asked about the bill. Suku smiled and said, "It's free, no bill."  

It brought joy to their faces.  

They expressed their gratitude.  

They came out with smiling faces,  

Enjoyed the beauty of the cottage garden,  

And left for home happily!
