How much ever honest , efficient , smart we are

We tend to deviate from our goals our duties

And that results into regrets about the feeling of not making upto the mark

There are many things that deviates us

Our idleness, lessening of our physical and mental strength with fatigue

Unnecessary habits like more use of mobile and social media

Wrong friend circle that eats our precious time and deviates us emotionally

Not having enough resources, money and comforts

Not having required support from our own people

This results into frustration and feeling of helpless

When we get less marks in examination we look back

And blame us for not doing our best

For Whatever the reason or reasons

When it's time of annual assessment

In job or in our personal life we find ourselves lacked somewhere

We look back to our mistakes

We blame ourselves for wasting time

When it comes to looking after old age parents

It's the biggest thing to feel regrets

For not able to give enough time

for getting indulge in many things

Like career goals education goals

Taking parents for granted earlier

Listen to our own mind and ignoring

 their advice .

We regret for our wrong behaviour

Sometimes for our wrong decisions

For not paying enough attention

For not giving our one hundred percent

Our own ego our impatience our nature

For talking or telling things to others that we shouldn't

For losing our temper or reacting to others wrong behaviour

Instead of living with guilt and regrets

Or rather to avoid the feeling of regret

And spend our precious time in regrets

It's better to do our best all the time

Not to get deviated by wrong things

Always to make better use of time

Shun idleness and tendency to waste time

WE HAVE TO FORGET ABOUT PAST

AND START GIVING TWO HUNDRED PERCENT TO WHATEVER WE DO

and that can save us from future regrets!!
