When a tree falls in a forest

Does it make any noise?

There is no one to listen to it

Does it mean there's silence?


Or the whole jungle carries

The cries of the fallen tree

It's transferred through roots

To the core of the earth


And through the leaves

To the whole atmosphere

The death of the tree is

Mourned by the universe!


Moon misses, it hides in clouds

Stars cry for help from skies

Animals gather around the

Fallen tree and chat about

Everyone worries about it

Except us, human beings!!
