Trumpets In The Wild
Trumpets In The Wild
I was cool and content as you in my womb grew
Nearly two years I waited before I could see you
But now fresh fears in my mind slowly unfurl
You are tiny and weak and this is a big bad world
So come let me take you deep into the wild
Where you'd be safe from prying human eyes
Even Carnivores will for hunger kill
But this is one species that kills for a thrill
So hold me tight now and let us go
With family and friends lets trumpets blow
Where there's fresh air to breathe, no deafening noise
And we'll have many a reason to shout and rejoice
