The Web Of Illusion
The Web Of Illusion
I am entangled in the web of illusion today,
Truth is right before me, yet I am led astray.
What the eyes witnessed, I took it as the absolute sign,
Now in the deep churning of my mind, I decline.
With changing times, the secrets now unfold,
I watch my own self drift away, distant and cold.
I used to wander in the world of dreams so vast,
In the deep mysteries of truth, I am lost at last.
Illusion had always kept me bound in its chain,
Now within my own self, I search for me again.
As the rays of truth begin to shine and gleam,
'Murali' shatters the web of this illusory dream.
