Equally among one and all


If there were no teachers

how could a nation thrive?

It is a teacher whose devotion

empowers us all to survive


By his blessing the nation got

Doctors, engineers, soldiers,

Businessmen, scientists, politicians

 Astronauts, bankers, and what not?


He himself leads a simple life though

Leading his pupils to the pinnacle of success 

We all feel blessed to have a teacher

Who is as mighty and pious as a Goddess.
