The Night
The Night
a solivagant soul beneath an inky night,
sky dazzling with pearls, no one in sight.
clutched her heart, brimming with pain,
oh honey, will you be able to smile again?
trailing past the nocturnal way,
misty eyes, pale cheeks, not a word would she say.
windblown hair but lips agile,
darling, there lies so much strength in being fragile.
oh yes, stars can't shine without darkness,
still, who'd abandon this gorgeous mess?
her moonlit tracks, fine and small,
oh dear, you've miles to go before you fall.
with a cloudy mind and heavy heart,
no logics, just a piece of art.
don't let your dejection decide your fate,
cause girl, you still glow without any hate.
