Black
Black
Shadowy, lurid, obscure,
A trillion emotions within,
Underrated yet momentous I'd say,
The hue of depth merged in the grave,
An introvert in the darkness of light,
All apart and unacceptable,
Oh yes, Black is Beautiful,
Engulfing every chrome in his way,
Silence, the most powerful scream,
Greys, whites, all borne from him,
Still, the black girl lamented.
Mysterious, prudent, chilly.
A tale which no one knew,
Sign of grief, discarded and ditched,
Ironic, showin' off black at the ball.
A perfect thunderstorm is black,
A perfect visual is black,
Sovereign withal subordinate,
Voicing millions,
Black ain't just a color.
