She Withered Away

Ferocious yet fragile,

As a full-blown rosy bud.

A tint of pink,

A spellbound portal to love.

Enhancing the shoot,

Blushing clemency.

Hustling, ruffling,

Smiling the sunshine away.

Momma dear,

Glowin' and growin' every day.

Enduring drought,

Nurturing us all.

As she slayed the breeze,

Dancing to her poetry.

Oozing nectar,

Escalating us sweetly.

Attaining upon her treasured phase,

Time to welcome a little fruit!

She cried.

A teeny-bitsy life,

Popping from her.

Vermilion-eyes, adamant red,

He grew wild.

Brimmin' soul,

Braveheart,

She withered away.
