The Mermaid

The Mermaid

There hung a framed photo of a beautiful human face.

I remember a friend of mine being a mermaid.

With an amazing human form to her waist,

She sits underwater on her fantail.

I remember her as a precious gift of nature.

She was a messenger between humans and aquatic creatures.

Forming a friendly gesture between both forms.

She was protecting nature from the intellectual jolt.

Perfect in her dealings with the higher beings.

All sweet and innocent with the water beings.

Life was thriving and beautiful underwater.

Nature was carefree with the mermaid being there.

One day came a herd of devils with all the super minds.

Scheming and plotting to grab the richness wide.

With the evil power of their high minds.

Developed a way to dive into the water deep in the moonlight.

They dived and scorched the ocean with instruments.

Greed developed over the treasure lying in natural depths.

Determined to explore and grab more.

They decided to collaborate with a mermaid on a friendly note.

The meeting was held and the failure was net.

The mermaid stood strong against the greedy guests.

The evil minds took it on their ego.

The lust mixed with power to defend the innocent heroes.

One day they came with a large mechanical trap.

And trapped the big mermaid in their den.

They brutally listed her and killed the pious soul From there devils ruled the aquatic world in its whole

With her demise nature wept.

Determined to avenge the mermaid's grief.

With poor lives standing no foot against intellectuals

Nature stands in all its fury to teach them a lesson.

Oh human! wake up from your dreams

You stand no chance against the mighty sun's heat.

Your creation lies in the hands of the creator.

You are not powerful enough to fight nature.
