The Dream of an Unknown Beloved
The Dream of an Unknown Beloved
I walk within a realm divine,
Where shadows blend with light’s design,
A vision born from fleeting thought,
Yet all I seek, within it caught.
Her name, a whisper on the breeze,
Pakeeza, an eternal tease,
A beauty both in flesh and soul,
A form that makes the heart feel whole.
She dances in my mind’s embrace,
A dream that time can’t e'er efface,
No mortal hand, nor mortal gaze,
Could bind her to this fleeting maze.
Her features live in soft repose,
A harmony that time bestows,
Yet who she is, I do not know,
Her being, like a stream's gentle flow.
Perhaps she lives in realms untold,
Where stars and hearts in silence fold,
>
Or is she born in whispered prayer,
A hope that waits upon the air?
Her eyes, the windows to the skies,
A galaxy where truth lies,
And though I seek her far and wide,
In waking hours, she hides her tide.
Yet in this dream, I find my grace,
For all I long for, lies in place,
Not in the world I see outside,
But in the realm where dreams reside.
So let this vision lead my way,
To bring the dawn of a new day,
For though I know not where she dwells,
Her spirit in my heart compels.
And when the waking world unfolds,
The dream may turn to truths untold,
Pakeeza, in my heart you’ll stay,
A dream that lives in light’s own ray.
