Techie/Tacky Tenant

Techie tenant, willing to stay independently,

Ended up making a rash decision candidly.

Language barrier, he thought won't bother none.

Little did he know, it was gonna get troublesome!

The cunning landlady, who initially seemed polite.

Deprived him of the basic amenities, out of spite.

The polite guy, asked for them, perhaps once or twice,

unending requests, brought no luck but he paid a heavy price.

No water to take a shower, made him walk to his office

where he reckoned, seein' a shower with an orifice.

Living there became very difficult, to tell you the truth.

He made all the efforts to escape from bitter youth.

Will the situation ever change or is it gonna stay constant? 

Thoughts were running in the mind of the techie/tacky tenant.
