Sci-Fi Love
Sci-Fi Love
I love to watch Sci-fi,
On my big comfy couch,
With a big bowl of popcorn,
And my favourite snacks.
I can binge-watch for hours,
And it feels like I'm in a parallel universe,
Where I can be anyone I want to be,
And do anything I want to do.
I can be a superhero,
Saving the world from evil,
Or I can be a villain,
Causing havoc and destruction.
I am a million souls in one body,
Run like Flash, combat like Captain America,
Float in astral planes like Doctor Strange,
Snap like Thanos. Umm... That’s not wise though.
Smash like Hulk; uh oh! Do I have to get angry?
Never mind! I could be Supergirl or Black Widow.
I’m a spectator who gets lost in the wonders of Wonder Woman,
Hell, I could have a hammer, an iron suit. Who knows?
What could be my reality if I manifest
These powers repeatedly?
It's all so wonderful,
And it's all so real,
And I can't wait to do it again,
On another lazy Sunday.
With popcorn and snacks,
On my huge comfy couch.
I and my Sci-fi.
