A playground of taste welcomes unconventional delights, 

A pizza transformed into a shapeshifter. 

Defying the laws of taste is a crime against date night. 

The strangeness of toppings parallels to flavor’s absurdity,

The angry young man’s patience took an angry flight. 

In the corner of this orthodox oven lies a cat in the basket, 

Juggling in the paradoxical box that looks like a casket.

The sly cat's eyes were filled with disdain, 

Questioning humans and their audacity to play with food in vain. 

The wild absence of cheese and sauce unblemished this pie's game, 

Still wondering why is it topped with pickles, anchovies, and shame? 

As if that felt short the young man's girlfriend went a step too far, 

Her manifestation drizzled chocolate sauce like a culinary scar. 

The young man’s face pretzels into a tangle of knots, 

a mix of rage and dread, 

"Chocolate on pizza?" he mutters, shaking his head, 

Dark humor crawls in between the forks and knives, 

A groan and tongue twister banged in his next bite. 

Who knew one day Pizza could be a foster for sarcasm?
