The night slips away in silence

Moonlight gliding in the distance

Awakening the senses,

Wishing me willing me

Closer to you…

The mystery that holds us together 

A bond emerging as the promise of forever 

The woman of my dreams, the strength to my soul

Waiting for you my darling,

Is this lonely withering heart

I long to hold you in my arms 

Caress your hair, drink in your charms

Kiss away your fears as sweet lull nears

Sleep my love… safe you are with me,

Far from world’s harm.
