Phoenix

She rose like a phoenix from her ashes of failure,

She could fend herself from discouragement and despair,

Because she kept trying, as a brave determined spirit.

She rose like a phoenix, from the flaming amber to nestle a new life, 

A new journey,

Wings of ambition which pushed through her cage of defeat,

Her soul burning in her wildfire of aspiration,

And for a new endeavour, the phoenix in her was set free.
