Sacred Bhoomi puja, some call it a civilizational moment

For some conscious doesn’t torment.

Mythology got itself a place in the nation's majority psychology

Magician at its best, with illusions, reason laid to rest.

If masses steeped in religion leave things to their fate

Who can save the nation, isn’t it too late?

Year after year day of independence will be celebrated

What is real freedom for masses, will it ever be calibrated?

This god filled nation, will mass ever do abnegation of religion?

Perhaps the division will cease, humanity will rise

Know not when possible salvation then.
