Nature

Nature

Once upon a time, Nature was happy and satisfied,

Then came a species that, like, a virus infested it.

They cut down trees—many a poor species died,

For thousands and thousands of years, Nature was hit.

But now it will not continue suffer any longer,

The seas swell up, the mountains crash and the temperature soars,

The earth shudders, glaciers melt and the wind grows stronger,

'I shall wipe you out of Earth!' to humans Nature roars.

The Amazons, the Deccan, the Rockies and the Himalayas,

Are up in arms against the cruelties of this virus.

Unless humans learn how to respect Nature,

Nature will show no respite and absolutely no sympathy.
