Competition
Competition
Echo of popularity, status, name and fame
Has stepped up the efforts of all
And trigged massive desires
To ameliorate the existing standard
And accomplish the determined level
Everything has worn the new garment
'Renovation'....
Everywhere the new buildings, gardens, car and expensive stuffs
All have an eagerness to demonstrate
That they have touched the peak of success..
This is the miracle of competition
As it has gripped the minds of people
But I am flying as an abandoned polythene on the road
No competition, no demonstration,
No imitation, no declaration
I am cherishing my life
In my small hut and can smell the fragrance of contentment from meager food....
As I know after all exhaustions
Everyone will seek a place in graveyard
Nothing will go with them
So I am busy collecting happiness
From the nature, soothing breeze,
My children's sweet smiles and their
Tiny demands
And waiting for that stark reality.
