Everlasting Conflict!

Me the jumbo - The wild elephant,

Anticipating my new little friend, 

Moving in the valley -The nature's dining room, 

With a hungry baby in my bumpy -bend, 

Adore you little baby, 

Baby-O, ' Baby-O', 

Meandering the forest, 

Daring to go astray, 

Unknowing our reckoning death hours, 

Enchanted by a fruit lying closer, 

Ignorant it is firework -stuffed, 

Oh! unempathetic act of humans, 

Snare aimed for my fellow being, 

Unfortunately mislead, 

No sooner my excitement peaked, relishing the food, 

Explosives burst, tearing us into parts, 

Repercussions of my pleasant thought,

Alas! Anguish reciprocated, 

Pain unrivalled, motionless womb, 

Breathed my last, 

Starved and shrunk, we lay in the ground, 

Helplessness faced by my womb, 

Baby-O', Baby-O', 

Regret never to see a human face! 

The remnants..... 

Images haunting the world, 

Out pouring grief, yet! 

A sad reality always remains, 

The Human-Animal conflict!
