My Teacher
My Teacher
Your cute smile,
On your fair face,
And your spectacles on your black eyes,
Make me to pay attention in your class.
If I hadn’t had you as a teacher,
Then I would not have not known,
How much fun learning can be?
Which satisfy the thirst of my soul!
Every time you get my attention,
Everyday you plant a seed,
A seed of curiosity and motivation,
Which helps me to grow and succeed.
I thank you for everything you have done,
What you have taught me I’ll never forget,
Your passion touched my heart and mind,
In many ways you never know.
I like everything about you,
From teaching to moral values you possess,
You are my very best friend,
From whom I share each and every thing.
You are like my mother,
As your way of guidin
g
and decisions made my you,
Make me to remember of my mother.
The only difference between
You and my mother is that,
I call you as “mam”,
Instead of “maa”.
You are one of the few people,
Whom I'll remember until my last breath.
All I wish from god,
That all my teachers were like you.
All I can say, in this modern ear,
You are my dhoranacharya, the greatest teacher,
Then at least I will try to become
Obedient Student if not Arjuna.
