Love

If love were coloured it would be all the colours of the wind

A roller coaster of emotions of varying shades

Red for the blood that rushes from my heart every time someone calls your name

Green for the envy that fills my heart when I think about another touching you the way I desire to

Pink for the colour my cheeks turn when the thought of you excites my mind

Yellow for the way the light settles on your face, captured in a flash with my camera

Black for the emptiness I will feel when I'm no longer graced by your presence

Brown is the colour of my skin that craves your touch and your fingers running over it

White is the peace I feel knowing your heart belongs to me
