Locked-up Woman.

She heard the sound of dripping water through the broken pipe

She heard the sound of steps approaching at late night

As the closed door slowly opened her heart took a hype

She could see four people entering that dark gloomy room where she was tied

First was girl not more than eighteen,

Other, a guy who resembled her in an uncanny manner seemed to be sixteen.

Then there was a familiar person who she thought she knew

Looking at his smugged face she instantly became shrew

Aggressively she tried to free her hands

It took all her strength to just get up and stand

But it was of no use as she was locked up so tight

That there wasn’t even a single chance of her getting loose

“You are going to die tonight.” Said the young girl

The tied up woman was helpless and she simply whirled

The young boy came and sat near her

He said to her that this might be her last dinner

The person who was once her world came and sat next to her

He simply held her hand and told her to understand

All this was for her own good

Looking at the fourth person as in the light he stood

He came near her and checked her pulse and asked her how was she feeling?

“Will she be alright?” asked the young girl being polite

“She is our mother and she is the one that we love the most.” Said the young boy

“These are mere hallucinations. We are going to kill you are your baseless illusions.”

In the end the doctor said “Don’t worry! She isn’t a total maniac. She just has schizophrenia.”
