Practice the exercise ‘LION LAUGH’
derived from the yogic posture,
‘Simha mudra’ which means lion posture
Try to have wide-open eyes,
Make it as big as possible in size.
Allow the tongue to stick out
Stand like a lion, tall and stout
Hold the hands out like a lion’s paw.
Such a majestic pose, Wow
Now, aloud must you roar
Which can be heard across the floor
Let all your negativity come out
So really loud you must shout
Great way to get rid of shyness, and inhibition
Indeed, a wonderful and instant way for rejuvenation.
It's an exercise for the throat, tongue, and facial muscles.
You will feel liberated and free from all the hassle
Then you do ho, ho hahaha
And experience the wow, moments of ‘Aha’
