Lady - The Boss

Being the boss is not a crime,

It is a mere attitude, that defines.

She is the boss but with some wits,

She handles everything with a lot of tricks.

She plays the teamwork game,

Be it home, workplace, her focus remains the same.

She gels very well reading human minds,

It saves money, energy and time.

She doesn't mess up unnecessary you see,

She solely believes in equality and unity,

You need a support system in your life,

She works together and doesn't deprive,

She thinks for others first in any situation,

But at the same time, She works through her own decisions,

To become a good boss you must first hear,

And then take charge without any fear.

She is confident and capable to handle worst,

It's hard work and trust, together, which is a must.

Arrogance and self-centered is not always necessary,

She believes being kind and humbleness is the key ingredient for being classy.

Though she is a boss lady, with a smile,

She is being called by everyone,

That yes lady "You are mine".
