India Untouched

 

Untouchability? Yeah, you heard it right. 

Do you know what it is? 

Oh... I thought it will catch your eyes...

This is a massive explosion

That is strangling the people.

Yes, the victims to death.

Are you culprits are having tears to shed?

 

A lead we can  take.

But now humanity's being clutched.

From this reality.

Why India is "untouched".

 

Mouth creates Brahmins.

Shoulder belongs to Kshatriya.

Thighs are for Vaishyas.

And Dalits belong to feet.

What a history!

 Lying beneath this cruelty.

 

Don't touch me, .keep a distance of 96 feet.

Don't play with them, do not repeat.

Impurity will surround you then.

The Past has taught me this again and again.

A lead we can take...

But now humanity's being clutched...

From this reality...

Why India is "untouched'

 

A tragedy still so heavy on the heart.

Waiting for the people to be always

Apart...

A respect that we lost ...

By shooting our hope with such hate.

 

Temples are separated...

Different mosques are there...

Equality lies on the ground.

And the difference in the air.

 

A lead we can take...

But now humanity's being clutched...

From this reality...

Why India is "untouched"

 

All are children of god.

Then why you discriminate 

It's not their destiny.

But it's your ill fate.

 

Women are molested.

Their husbands are beaten to death.

Children wash toilets at school.

Do they deserve that!

The need is to change the mind for sure...

All we need is equality assured...

Coz there a legacy people always adore

Having no emotions and a soul so impure.

 

They are born Dalits, but it's not their fault.

The fault goes to humanity...

A change can change them...

Strong enough till infinity...

 

A lead we can take.

But now humanity's being clutched.

From this reality...

Why India is untouched!

 

I can hear their painful voices.

Still, they are unheard.

Yet they strive to fly

Like an injured bird...!

 

Let them fly high in the sky.

The future holds to be in their hand.

A smile that raises their face.

If you believe it until the end.

 

I am not a Dalit.

I am not a brahmin,

Or anything.

 

I am just a creation of god.

I am just a human being.
