Dear shadow, what do you see?

Dull, Dark and boring is this supposed to be me?

Dear shadow, what's going on? People are going through sorrow and pain 

But if we complain society will name us vain!

Dear shadow, I have questions, why is everything so complex?

Is it possible to be human? Without trying to be a T-rex?

Dear shadow, do you feel? For feeling is tough

As in this political world, all humans play bluff

Dear shadow, do you cry? For human tears are the most common streams

But as soon as someone enters with happiness everyone beams!

Dear shadow, do you smile? For that is rare for us humans too

Never happy with what we've got always feeling blue!

Dear shadow, have you heard about coronavirus? It's supposed to be scarier than a hyena

I doubt it will last long, after all, it was made in china

Dear shadow, everyone's hustling through the forest of views 

Trying to make friends, they don't know how people change according to their news!

Dear shadow, the gold in the sky just rose I see you're ready to leave

I will say my goodbyes too, this time I will tell everyone to believe!
