In An Ideal World....
In An Ideal World....
If ever,
What I write comes to life
I'd have to go back in time
And erase all my poetries
Verbosely speaking of
All dark concepts surrounding humanity
And write more of things that
Can redeem the faith in sanity.
Although they won't be masterpieces
Cause darkness speaks to me most
Organically than hope,
Yet would sneak out of pages
To make this burning hell a home!
I'd burn my ink on how
A group of 20 something,
Halted their lives
To Plant gazillion trees,
Gifting a new Arizona,
In the presence of a burning one,
Redefining human touch on our ecosystem.
I'd never stop promoting
LGBT rights and responsibilities
That every person on the map
Accepts and respects,
Through my journals
At whose ends, love shall conquer!
Instead of being mocked at, raped or murdered.
I'd write off all labels
Of caste, class, and religion
Instead, art and intellect would rule
The merit list
As opposed to your surname, daddy's status
Or political connect.
I'd give words to every ideal world
That'd be unfair only in fair ways
It'd be like writing universe's fate
And not about the fatal universe.
What I won't give to have a magic ink
That'd speak of words
Capable of fixing our world.
