Gratitude To A Teacher

Oh! The manifestation of God,

How may I explain in a word,

Star of the sky, the lamp of the earth,

Leading us towards our growth.

You've set our limits above the space,

Nurtured us at each and every pace.

Dear, sculptor, I am your masterpiece,

Said many, unequivocally, with ease.

Count on me, dear teacher,

We reflect on you in the future.

Thank you, making us dream high,

Rely on us, we will touch the sky.

Unseen warrior, your efforts are seen,

In all the fields of life, I have seen.

The world is a null set without your toil,

Result of burning your midnight oil.

The whole plethora of words is not enough,

Thanking you in a small poem is too tough.
